Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and FunOrbit Studio, the operator of DramaBite. The Android app uses the package name com.anever.momo and may be referred to as “DramaBite”, “Momo”, “we”, “us” or “our”. By downloading, accessing or using DramaBite, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use DramaBite with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use DramaBite for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Your account

DramaBite uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and device, providing accurate information, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer or share an account in a way that circumvents subscription or security controls.

You can sign out or request account deletion from the Profile screen. Deleting your DramaBite account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately through Google Play.

4. The service

DramaBite provides short-drama discovery, episode information, streaming, watchlist, playback-history and subscription features. The available catalog, languages, quality, titles, episode availability and app features may vary by location, device, account and time. We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

You need a compatible Android device, a supported version of Google Play services and internet access. Your internet provider may charge data fees, which are your responsibility.

5. DramaBite Premium subscriptions

Plans and benefits

DramaBite may offer weekly, monthly and yearly Premium base plans. Current benefits, prices, billing periods and available offers are displayed in the app and the Google Play purchase interface before you confirm a purchase. Premium generally provides access to locked episodes and other benefits described on the plan screen.

Billing and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play using the Google account and payment method selected in Google Play. Unless cancelled, an auto-renewing subscription renews at the end of each billing period and Google Play charges the applicable price. Taxes, currency conversion and regional pricing may apply as shown during checkout.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel through the button in DramaBite’s Profile or Premium screen, or directly through Google Play’s subscription centre. Under Google Play’s general policy, cancellation stops future renewal and does not refund the current billing period. Premium access continues until that paid period expires. Different rights, including immediate cancellation or prorated refunds, may apply in some jurisdictions.

Refunds and payment problems

Refund eligibility and payment disputes are generally handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable law. A subscription may enter a grace period, account hold, cancellation, revocation or expiration state if payment fails, a refund is issued, fraud is detected or Google takes another permitted action. Access may be limited or removed according to the verified subscription state.

Test subscriptions

License testers may see accelerated billing periods and test payment methods. Test subscriptions do not represent production renewal timing and may automatically end after Google Play’s test-renewal sequence.

6. Limited right to use DramaBite

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use DramaBite for lawful, private entertainment purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of the app, catalog, streams, artwork, trademarks or other materials.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, download, rebroadcast, sell or redistribute protected content.
• Circumvent episode locks, subscription checks, geographic controls or security measures.
• Extract purchase tokens, stream credentials, API keys or other protected information.
• Reverse-engineer, modify or create unauthorized versions of the app, except where law expressly permits.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated systems that burden or extract data from the service.
• Interfere with networks, servers, accounts or other users.
• Use DramaBite for fraud, infringement, malware, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or attempt to use another person’s purchase or account.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect DramaBite, providers, rights holders and users.

8. Intellectual property

DramaBite’s software, interface, branding and original materials are owned by FunOrbit Studio or its licensors. Titles, video, artwork, metadata, trademarks and other content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants a right to use branding or content outside the limited service access described above.

If you believe content available through DramaBite infringes your rights, contact dramabiteworld@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify and investigate the material.

9. Third-party services

DramaBite relies on third-party services including Google Play, Google Sign-In, Firebase, catalog providers and content-delivery networks. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law, but we welcome reports of problems affecting DramaBite.

10. Availability and updates

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise that every title, episode or feature will remain available, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages, rights changes, network conditions, security events and legal requirements may affect availability. App updates may be required to continue using some features.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using DramaBite at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, created a security risk, used the service unlawfully, or where continued service is no longer possible. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Account termination does not itself create a refund or cancel billing through Google Play. Mandatory consumer rights and Google Play refund rules continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaBite is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement where such disclaimers are legally permitted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent catalog availability or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunOrbit Studio and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses, or loss of data, profits or business opportunity, arising from DramaBite. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for DramaBite during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer protections.

14. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FunOrbit Studio’s operation of the service, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Any court or dispute-resolution requirements that cannot legally be waived will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to DramaBite, provider requirements, security practices or law. The effective date will be updated above. Where required, material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel. Continuing to use DramaBite after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires a different form of consent.

16. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission; we may transfer them as part of a restructuring, sale or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement about your use of DramaBite unless additional terms are presented for a specific feature.
