Delete your DramaBite account.

You can start deletion inside the Android app or send a request without having the app installed. This page explains both options and what happens to your data.

Before deleting: Account deletion does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play if you do not want future renewals.

Option 1: Delete from the app

Open DramaBite and sign in.
Open Profile.
Scroll to Delete account.
Review the warning, choose Delete account, and confirm.

For security, Google or Firebase may require you to sign in again before the request can be completed.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

Email FunOrbit Studio from the Google email address connected to your DramaBite account. Use the subject DramaBite account deletion request and include only the information needed to identify the account. Never send your password, payment-card details, purchase token, or one-time verification codes.

We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request. Requests are normally completed within 30 days after successful verification.

Data deleted or retained

Data covered by a verified deletion request

Your Firebase Authentication account and associated sign-in profile.
DramaBite account identifiers and server-side Premium entitlement records.
Other account data controlled by FunOrbit Studio that is not required to be retained.

Device-only data

Watchlist entries, recently played titles, and playback progress are stored locally on your device. Clear DramaBite's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove this device-only data.

Limited retention

Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained for the period required for those purposes. Residual provider backups may take up to 180 days to expire. Google Play transaction and subscription records are controlled separately by Google under its policies.

Manage your subscription separately

Deleting DramaBite or your DramaBite account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing. Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select DramaBite, and follow Google's cancellation steps. Premium access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.
